HELLO

My name is Cathy Claus. I earned a Bachelor of Art from Eastern Illinois University studying a variety of art forms. Today, I focus my passion into photography pieces and oil paintings. My love of art, earth, and expression has guided me throughout my life.  I have always enjoyed the outdoors and seeing the joy and beauty in the nature around us.  I love to discover an old barn off a backroad or catch an eagle posing in a tree. I have done several family pet paintings, and I see it as a special way to honor our animals. My pieces have always been about bringing color, nature, and joy to the viewer.
